Getting Stuck for the whole game

I played as soraka and l was spawned in late. After words I couldn't walk out of base. I could use teleport to get out, but then I would start walking back towards my base. Movement commands did nothing. Later I learned that by setting my abilities to quick cast and targeting a location on the minimap I could "walk". However, if I didn't cast abilities I would start walking towards the base. Happened for the whole game.
