Flash, Face of the Mountian, and Active items bugs on the PBE
I was watching Redmercy play Tahm Kench support on the PBE and in the video there were 3 bugs I saw.
1 Face of the Mountian has a bug where one of the balls orbiting the champion who bought it will glitch out and show up twice. this just might be a visual glitch though. You can see this bug at 35:53.
2 Tahm Kench's W and Flash Interaction Bug: After Tahn Kench ate a minion and spit it out, Redmercy was unable to use flash for a pretty long period of time, and when he tried he was getting a message telling him the spell was unavailable, although it was off cooldown. The flash icon was darkened a bit but it was not on cooldown. He even comments on it a few times. You can find this a number of times during the video, but the first time it happened was at** 4:14**. I have to go to work soon so i didnt find back where it tells him flash is unavailable
3 Active items bug: i already reported this but it seems to be on the PBE as well
