[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser Q and Titanic Hydra inconsistencies.

I played a game as Mordekaiser and bought a Titanic Hydra.

During the Tiamat stage the circle AoE effect worked for each auto attack boosted by Q.

But for Titanic Hydra, sometimes the cone AoE didn't work.

I can't tell what causes it to work sometimes yet not others.
