Elder Dragon execute bug.

Hello!

So i just played a game where i as Cait ulted a lux with 2000 max HP, my ult added with previous damaged got her down to 600 HP and the execute activated.

The catch here is that it´s supposed to activate at 20% HP, but lux had 30% left, furthermore it was basically instant, far faster than a rek sai ult so it cant actually be dodged unless you flash the moment you take the damage that downs you to the activation point or something to that effect.

The fact that it activated so much earlier made quite a difference for the enemy Sion, imagine going full tank, hitting lategame then just getting vaporized because you dropped to 30% eventually.

Poor bugger had 1800 HP left and he just vanished, he was almost as surprised as we were.

This Dragon buff is insanely OP compared to the Baron one and it´s a instant GG if either side gets it and i request nerfs, ontop of a bugfix.
