[Gameplay] Mana stack resets on manamune

http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1728626355/31928908?tab=builds

How to repro: 1.Follow build order 2.Notice the mana stack on manamune resets upon buying archangel's staff.

Would like to see a fix to this.
