Why didn't I get a mastery token?

I ended getting an S on and I didn't get a Mastery 7 token after the game.

So will I be stuck on Mastery 6...?

Twisted Treeline is why.

Mastery tokens are only awarded on Summoner's Rift in ranked matches, Normal Draft, or Normal Blind (Excluding it from things like ARAM and OfA).

Can you only get tokens from Summoner's rift? I know for a fact that you can't get tokens in ARAM I wonder if it also applies to TT

Can someone help me i m Illaoi Mastery level 6 and i have 2 mastery level 7 tokens but i cant get that last, someone pls help me i have got many times S and S+ but haven't got that last one is it some bug or what is going on?!?
PLS SOMEONE HELP ME I WANT ILLAOI TO LEVEL 7.

No one has answered his question. I've played several SR games and gotten S-, S, or S+ and no token and I own the champ and all other stipulations fulfilled. We all know you need 2 for 6 and 3 for 7 but the fact remains you can apparently get an S and not get a token. I think Rito's algorithm just likes to screw people from time to time. Keep us tilted and coming back for more.
