Client still crashing during champ select - bugged timer.

The countdown timer for the first person to pick counts itself down to 0, then champ select locks up. After a few minutes, you are booted to the lobby screen and reprimanded for "leaving during champ select".

It's been literally dozens of patches since this problem first appeared along with the horribly programmed new client. Why isn't fixing this more of a priority? I (and others) have lost promos because of this and it's one of the reasons why I've been so reluctant to play ranked in the past few seasons.
