Xin and Rageblade

So I decided to put Rageblade on my Xin last match (basic AI match because I just woke up), and noticed that Rageblade doesn't proct his Q or W's hits faster. The reason I bring this up is because both are on 3rd hit abilities, and because it works with Master Yi's passive (which is also an on 3rd hit ability) it should proct them every 2 hits for Xin like it does for Yi.

I could understand the Q because it's an activation ability, but Xin's W is a passive effect just like Master Yi's.
