[Client] Can't make Rune page in game

When attempting to make a new rune page in champ select, occasionally it will bug, not letting me view the screen. It starts out working, but the bug occurs when trying to add a new page. The screen collapses into a thin bar across the top with an x at the right side and a loading circle on the left. Then the loading bar disappears and you're left with the top border and the x. I don't know if this is just a graphics bug or what.

Another bug, when loading into a game, it shows 2 active rune pages, my first rune page on the list, and my most recently used one. The text shown on the runes is my first page on the list. I'm not sure if this is only first after loading the client or what the situation is.
