Daisy Bug [Gameplay issue]

So I feel kind of weird and I don't know how else to describe this bug. I definitely do not know how to reproduce it but it happened nonetheless. I was playing as Ivern pushing bot lane. We had just had a teamfight and Daisy started acting strangely. She was spinning back and forth in a very glitchy way. She was also failing to attack some minions in the lane. She kept spawning right next to me when I progressed in the lane, continuing to glitch and spin back and forth. The spawning was weird too, she only spawned next to me but after i travelled a VERY short distance. It was like she was stuck in something. Sorry I don't have more information and I have never seen this before. It was the last game I played.
