[Game play] Gnar E when stunned landing on opponent

Gnar is supposed to bounce of an opponent regardless if he is stunned or silenced after casting it. The only thing that would actually prevent him from bouncing is a root or a pull. This works the same way Zac's E works and the only thing that stops him is the same thing, or a Veigar E. After cast gnar is supposed to bounce regardless of stun/silence. Many other champs work this way too.
