I've purchased Arcade Caitlyn yesterday, but I still can't access it.

As the title says, I purchased Arcade Caitlyn yesterday (Roughly around the EUW server meltdown) but I can't access the skin, it's not in my collection but the purchase history shows that I bought the skin.

Can someone help? Or do I have to get a ticket?

Edit: I've sent a ticket, I'll see if that does anything soon.
