My IP balance is incorrect, according to the shop

I've been trying to buy Vayne for a few days now, since I just got 4800 IP this week sometime. As I went to buy her, it said I didn't have enough (even though I had over 4800 at this point). I played a few more games, and was at almost 5100, and it said finally that I had enough to buy her (this goes for all 4800 IP champions). As I was buying her, it said my new balance would be 41 IP, but I'm now at 269 IP. I don't know what happened, or why, and I don't care if the system is taking 200 IP earned legitimately by me away, for no reason - I just want to have the IP it says I do. Bring it down to zero, bring the actual number up to 269, put them both at -1100. I don't care. I'd just like my points to match please.
