Kayns ult still bugged

I'm glad you guys fixed the bug where his ult wouldn't be usable on barriers/shields as fast as you did. But another bug remains.

Youre lvl 5. You tag your enemy. You ding level 6 mid combat. You put a rank into your R. Your enemy will appear tagged, but you wont be able to R them.

I have died tower diving 2 times now because of this. :'(
