FPS drops after recent win10 v1607 update

other specs: i5-4690, gtx 960 only happened after the update, have been running 60 always at very high before. Not really a major fps drop from like 60 to 30, nor does the in-game fps indicator change drastically, but the graphics would become not smooth very often

I've been having the sam problem in game. Ever since ARURF came out and cs riven and zed came out the fps is dropping down hard on me. Nothing wrong with the computer did a performance spec no problems. Any ideas

I updated Windows 10 to the latest version last night and also patched League and I noticed that in game, I never get more than 60 fps (even though I always play on capped 144 with no problem) and I'm having a lot of frame lag and horrible frame drops every time I get into a team fight. It's definitely not my computer seeing as how I've never once had a problem with frames other than when my computer overheats (which it's not)

It's bad enough where I spike between 10-60 fps every time I move, the game is unplayable right now.

EDIT: Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed the issue for me!

EDIT 2: Well, that was short lived, it's doing it again. >_< Reinstalling didn't help this time. :(

Might be the computer acting up, I was playing fine one day and in a game with Ekko I dropped to 10 fois and even 0 at points but my ping was fine, restarted and it hasn't happened since

I sent in a bug report and Riot messaged me back saying to do this:
