cant even play him at this point, his Q stuns him for .5 seconds it's that simple of a bug, 100 percent reproduction rate just press Q and you will stun yourself for .5 seconds. Its a horrible, tragic experience please disable sion he is unplayable in his current state </3
I noticed this as well and do not know why you are getting downvoted.. Sion's Q and E now have a self stun after their animations are finished and this makes the champ garbage tier unplayable.

I agree. Right after the q casts there is brief period of time where you can't do anything. I don't remember it being like that before either. I haven't noticed anything with the e. Other than you cant cast it right after q finishes for about a second. I haven't noticed any delay after just casting e at least no more than I remember before.
