[GAMEPLAY] Fiora passive visual bug

Earlier, in an ARAM I was playing as PROJECT: Fiora against a Poppy. At some point in the game, there was a bug in which I had a permanent passive indicator on her (specifically left facing quadrant). The passive was visual in nature only; I could not activate it, and indicators would appear and disappear on Poppy as usual.

Unfortunately I can't take screenshots, and I'm not sure if this was a one time thing or not.
