[GAMEPLAY] Ryze can get free passive stacks AND cooldowns

I tested this in a custom quite a few times. The trick works like this:

• Put a point into Rune Prison or Spell Flux (his W or E abilities). I find it to be much easier with Spell Flux.
• Wait until a minion is near death. Launch your auto attack to last hit, and right before it lands, cast your spell.
• If you did it right, Ryze will stop mid-way during his casting animation and the spell will not be fired--however, you'll notice you now have a stack of your passive.
• This also works when your passive is already triggered. If your ultimate is on cooldown, and you repeat the steps above, you'll lower the cooldown with every "spell cast" that doesn't go off.
