[Gameplay] Ekko Q turns invisible

Laned mid against and Ekko and all game long his Q would completely visually disappear as soon as it expanded to maximum size, either by hitting an enemy or reaching max range

the only way to tell it was active was the passive effect around units' feet, making it extremely difficult and frustrating to play around
