Teemo mushrooms bugged
Teemo's mushrooms no longer proc Luden's Echo. D: Simple as that, really. At first I thought it was just on minions, but it doesn't work on champions either.

They don't apply spell effects period. They also explode if a nearby enemy ward dies.
Riot has time to hotfix champs because they made them too strong, but they don't have time to fix/disable a champion whose ult literally isn't fully functioning... lol @Riot (Also, DFT Keystong doesn't work with Teemo E OR R)
