Jayce causing fps issues

Ive played league a lot today and the ONE game there was a Jayce, every time he would use abilities my fps would bomb and if he used them rapidly (like using ranged q, then switching stance and jumping on me with qwe combo) my game would freeze for half a second.

I played several games both before and after this one and the game with Jayce was the single game I had major fps issues with.

I also wanna say real quick that towers arent correctly displaying their hp on the minimap
