I found a bug with the cottontail teemo chroma skin splash art in the loading screen. It loads the default teemo splash, not the cottontail splash. Not sure if this affects bot games/custom games, but thought you should know.

This happens in Ranked and in normal draft as well.

u need to relog first i had the chroma and i couldnt even select it
