@Riot: Please make the client moveable while masteries are open

When you are looking at guides because you're a noob and you decide to copy some masteries, so you move the client to the side. However when you do, the X button for it gets covered and you can't move the client back so you can only close the entire client via Task Manager or if you have windows, highlighting it's icon and shutting it down.

It's a pain in the ass.
