[client] Client window cannot always be moved

I realize this is a little obscure, but when various things occur while using the client, such as when a match is found, the window becomes locked in place, and if you moved the lol client down on your screen to do something while a match is being found, and then a match is found, you now cannot click on the accept button, and you cannot move the window back up to click accept.

I know it's not "technically" a bug, but it is sure is something that could be improved. Yes, I know you can halfway hack things to move a window in that state, but why can't users just move the window at all times? That would just make for a friendlier experience.
