[Gameplay] Revitalize does not work on Mordekaiser
I mean this does not increase the shielding gained by his passive 
But it does increase the healing part
Plz fix ty!

Well that's better than before where it would increase his health costs. To the point of draining your health down to nothing
It does work try it on a training dummy
At level 1 with 6 rabadons, one Q hit made my shield go from 36 to 115 and with revitalize it went from 36 to 119
