Camera Options are Broken

Something happened with this patch, when I'm on red side I cannot use the per-side offset camera setting. Selecting it does not change the camera from the fixed offset setting. This happens in all game modes and on both red and blue sides of the map, but it's especially frustrating on red side. Please Riot, undo whatever you did with the camera settings. I want to be able to use per-side offset again!
