Cant cleanse malz suppression
His suppression is a form of CC. Why can't it be cleansed? We cant remove persistent effects such as the tether where he sucks the life force from you. You should be able to remove the cc.

Taken directly from the wiki "Cleanse has no effect on Suppression, knockup, knockback, pull, and self crowd control. This is true for both the removal and reduction effects."
Quicksilver items will remove suppression just so you know. Cleanse and mikael's crucible do not
Suppression specifically prevents the activation of summoner spells.
You can't cast cleanse when suppressed which means that you can't remove it.
Suppressions actually make it so you can't cast any spell. And that doesn't just mean Q, W, E, & R, but it also includes summoner spells like 
.
There are a few exceptions like 
oranges, 
Ult, & 
ult due to how they work.
