Normal Draft pick unlocks at level 3? I think not!

So I'm playing a different account of mine to play with under-leveled friends, and I noticed that when you go to pick the game mode, it says "Normal Draft Pick" does not unlock until level "3". I think you forgot a "0" there.

Why not? Only limitation to it is 16 champs. Which most level 3 summoners should not have.

Yes, I can't believe RIOT didn't notice this, I was going to play on my smurf draft pick and it says level 3 but I am level 8 and cannot play it. People at RIOT are just trolls though so I don't think they even bother fixing this.
