Game tabbed out randomly. Then after the game my client had a pop up

just played a game. had 3 toxic teammates. My game tabbed out early again for some reason while on full screen. Then at the end of the game i got an annoying pop saying my game has been detected as corrupted and it was gonna be patched to an earlier version etc. That popup made me accidentally honor one of the toxic teammates and kicked me out of the end game lobby so I couldn't report them. Thanks riot.
