Spectator has been acting rough lately.

I don't know if it is a bug per say but when I go into spectate a game it has been really jumpy lately and will kick me out before the game I am watching is over and will say somthing along the lines of "Couldn't completely download the feedback" or something of that nature and will return me to the home screen. So I was curious if anyone else had been having this problem or if it is something on my end.
