I keep getting Kicked out of rooms

I have tried to play 2 games in a row now in ranked solo, only to be kicked out from something during the banning phase. I don't mean back to the normal client. I mean the game shuts down. This sucks because now I have to wait, and because it happened twice in a row I am probably flagged by the system as trying to leave games. Riot I want to know why this is happening and if I will get punished for something that is not my fault. I also have a stream that can validate that I didn't leave for proof.
