Skill up potion from kleptomancy bug

if you use this item, it permanently leaves black out box up arrows (the ones you see over your abilities whenever you level up to indicate the ability to increase the rank of an ability). I don't remember if it happens immediately but it does happen if you reach level 18. Something that needs to be looked into and fixed.
