[GAMEPLAY] GUI size halved for everything without scaling in settings

This was the result of the client changing my resolution from my normal 1920x1080 to the beta 2715x1527* which caused me to lose half a game and die a ton trying to resolve this. You shouldn't change settings on your users ESPECIALLY to beta settings. Very frustrating.

Also, alt tabbing usually freaks out my second monitor to look like the white noise of old
