So apparently Vladimir isn't a Noxian champion anymore.
Just won a game against a Vlad and it didn't count toward the mission completion.
Guess he's a Darkin now?

It could be due to the bug that affects missions.
Maybe he just Bled out of the Noxian faction and found his own Pool of friends.
For me the mission that didn't count despite the fact that i did it was win a game of ARAM. It is due to the problem of not showing the progress. So i kinda lost that particular mission even if it was before the deadline
