Talon's stealth not working

Need some help with a bug I keep getting in matches where casting shadow assault is either not giving me stealth or breaking the stealth early. Can someone help me better understand what's causing this bug, because it's costing me matches, which is kind of annoying. Here's 3 different examples of what I'm talking about:

In the first two, you autoed at the same time you ulted, so it assumes that you autoed to end your ult. In the third clips, you were revealed by Lulu

I didn't think lulu could reveal targets that were already stealthed. Also, both of the first clips the auto attacks were canceled so it really shouldn't break stealth. Maybe the bug is with canceling my q auto reset. Thanks, this'll help me test in practice tool.
