Champ select disapears but you are still in it [with steps]

Happened once. I don't want to get banned, so I wont try again

Play -> PvP -> Normal Draft During champ select, View your friend list -> Recently Played -> View Profile

Enjoy the server error, the lol client home being displayed, the champ select music behind, the "a game have been ... because a player didn't pick a champ" (you, if that happened before you had to pick), then Leave buster punishmen.
