[Client] Major Bug in ranked queue

I was in my placement matches and lost 1 out of 3. When the match ended I skipped waiting for stats and joined another ranked queue instantly.

The bug is that during picks and bans, out of nowhere my previous match statistics showed up and it wouldn't let me pick or ban a champion in my current queue. It was displaying the home screen even though I can hear the ranked queue music and the enemy team banning champions.

I tried to log off and log back on and as a result, I lost my promos since disconnecting counts as a loss. Can someone please look into this? Thank you for taking the time to read this.
