Crash-Games won't launch missing assett

Missing asset, and the window won't close. one of many problems I've had the past few days. including multiple bugsplats. I've reinstalled league this weekend already, and now it's acting up again.

The issue happens every time i try to start any game.

To reproduce all i have to do is start a game, it goes to the load screen, and once it hits 100% it crashes and that window pops up, and wont leave until i restart my computer no matter how many times i close it. It'll just keep opening up tabs.
