After a game the launcher doesn't come up

Good Evening Everyone! I hope all is well or at least getting better.

So my issue is that after a game my launcher is nothing more than a little icon in the top corner of my screen and nothing I do can get it to maximize. I am not able to vote for players or see my stats after the match. I have to close it out and then log back into LoL to play again. Any tips on what this could be?
