[GAMEBREAKING BUG] Sejuani's W doesn't work

I was playing a normal game on SR and my W stopped working all of a sudden. Clicking it made it go on cd, but the spell didn't go off: there was no auto reset animation, no W animation, no damage and no passive applied to the surrounding targets. Relogging and changing the smart cast of the spell didn't fix the problem.

This bug is literally gamebreaking, because it takes away from Sejuani all of her aoe damage, making it almost impossible to clear the jungle, teamfight and take objectives like baron and dragon. PLEASE, FIND A FIX SOON.
