Frozen during Dynamic Queue Bans

My game got stuck during my turn to ban. The countdown timer continued until it reached zero while I frantically clicked Lee Sin, but the Ban button never lit up. My duo partner could see that I had selected Lee Sin, but I could not finalize the ban on it.

I have seen this issue happen to a number of other players in champ select today as well, a more people than usual seem to be jumping queue by running out timers.
