[Gameplay] Kled Q/E cast in incorrect direction immediately after TP

If you TP as Kled, right after you finish your teleport your basic abilities will cast in a direction near-reverse of where you aimed it. I'm unsure if it casts exactly reverse (which it often looks like) or in the direction you TP'd from. I've only seen this with Q and E in mounted form, but I wouldn't be surprised if it occurs with his ult or his dismounted Q as well.

Reproduction

1. Teleport as Kled while mounted, to any target
2. Cast Q or E immediately after Teleport completes
3. Watch your Q or E miss horribly

I'm not at my home PC right now, so I can't double-check or post a video example, but I'm almost certain items, levels and TP targets (wards, structures or units) have no effect on this bug. I've seen it occur about once per game over my last half-dozen Kled games.
