[Client] chats do not automatically scroll down to newest messages, even when highlighted

After this patch any chats, clubs or friend chats have stopped scrolling down automatically whenever someone sends a new message. Instead, they will scroll UP to whatever point the chat was at when it was opened every single time a new message is recieved.
