[GAMPLAY] Fizz still has a bugged interaction with Blitzcrank E

When using Playful/Trickster Blitzcrank's empowered auto attack from E can still hit fizz while in his untargetable state, and when it does it knocks him out of it.

Confirmed this several times during a game VS a blitz.

It doesn't interrupt his attack animation and while the auto is empowered he doesn't lose target either so his character can walk up to me and hit me as long as he targeted me before I E'd.
