[Client] Champion Select is Blacked out. Forces you to Dodge the Lobby.

Can't select a champion, or talk in chat when this happens. This has been a bug that has only started happening for me in the past 3 patches. This bug will force you to dodge the lobby, and if you're in Ranked, Cost you the 3+ LP depending on if you dodged before.
