[GAMEPLAY] Viktor's Q bug

Hello, I found a bug with Viktor's Q - Siphon Power.

Bug description: If Viktor uses his Q on minion or enemy champion, then attacks the enemy tower, he will proc empowered attack 3 times in a row. It is not just visual bug, it also deals bonus dmg.

As you can see, all 3 attacks dealt 41 dmg instead of 40. If Viktor gets lots of AP, he can chunk towers for tons of damage with this. If you switch targets, you will lose the 3rd empowered attack.

How to reproduce this bug: Use Viktor's Q on enemy minion/champion then attack the tower 3 times in a row.

Frequency of this bug: It happens every time, if you do it as described above.

I hope by posting it here on NA boards, it will get into Riot's attention and will be fixed with next patch.
