is this a pbe bug?

i just got pbe for the first time when they made it free for everyone. i was under the impression every skin was unlocked there. however all the skins are locked and display a unavailable for purchase message. even the new ones not live yet and the ones i bought on my main wich is linked acct

Basically with a PBE account you are making a brand new account, so it wouldnt have all the things you unlocked. You would need to re-buy everything. But it is weird that you cant even buy anything in the shop as it is unavailable!

but arent the skins supposed to all be unlocked there for free? atleast the new relased ones im certain and ive seen other people in yt and in game used the however i cannot use any skin

also they changed how it works. u sighn in with ur main acct now to pbe since its ur mains user and pass right?
