i just got pbe for the first time when they made it free for everyone. i was under the impression every skin was unlocked there. however all the skins are locked and display a unavailable for purchase message. even the new ones not live yet and the ones i bought on my main wich is linked acct

Basically with a PBE account you are making a brand new account, so it wouldnt have all the things you unlocked. You would need to re-buy everything. But it is weird that you cant even buy anything in the shop as it is unavailable!
