[GAMEPLAY] Luden's Echo Bugged on Dominion

I've been playing Veigar on Dominion the last few games and noticed a strange bug with Luden's Echo. Because Needlessly Large Rod is disabled on Dominion you cannot purchase it for the recipe. However, the item can be bought at full price. Please put large rod back in dominion to fix this.
