[GAMEPLAY] Red Buff Affects Turrets

Self Explanatory. I'm pretty sure this is unintended?

For reference, I was playing Syndra, got red buff via kill, then started attacking a turret. It had ticking white numbers, as if true damage was affecting it. I didn't actually check the HP, but I'm guessing it actually hurt the turret.
