Ekko Phase dive Applying energized effects BEFORE landing

phase dive applies energized (and perhaps all on hit?) effects before ekko blinks to his target. what does this mean? if you kill your target with before you blink, your empowered attack that enabled it to proc.... NEVER HAPPENED. you are free to right click another target and blink to it for what seems to be full damage minus the shiv proc.

i recall a while back rengar needed a fix on energized attacks. i knew way back then this was a problem on ekko too but i figured you were changing something at a systematic level to fix this. although this is somewhat funny, and encourages me to keep building ekko like an adc for laughs... it can be quite annoying when the only target i could blink to dies before i get there :P
